On the petition of BETTY JO WILLIAMS FOR SUI~II~IARY ADMINISTRA-
TION of the estate of BEN ALONZA WILLIAMS DECEASED, the Court ~
finding that the decedent died on the 12th day of July, 1980;
that all interested persons have been aerved proper notice of thie
hearing, or have waived notive thereof; that the material allega-
tions of the petition are true; and that an Order~of Sum~aary Ad-
ministration should be entered, it is
ADJUDGED that the will bearing the date February 14, 1978,
and attested by LEWIS RINDER, MS. MARY GANDY, AND BETTY JEAN
WRIGHT as subscribing and.attesting witnesses is admitted to pro-
bate according to law, as and for the last will of the decedent. •
ADJUDGED FURTHER, that there be immediate distribution of thE
assets of the decedent as follows:
