9. Petitioners are unaware o: an~- unrevoked Wills or Codicil
of decedent other ~han is set forth in paragraph ten.
10. Duly authenticated co~ies of the Last Will and Testament,
the Application to Probate Hill, anC ~n*r}• Relieving Estate from
Administration, accomp4nies this peti~ion.
11. Decedent's will does not direct administration a~ required
bv Cha~ter 733, Florida Statutes.
Petitioners request that decedent's Last Will be admitted to
orobate and an Order of Summary Administration be entered directing
distribution o` the assets in the estate in accordance with the
schedule set fortn in paraqraph eight of this Petition.
Under penalties of perjury, we declare that we have read the
foreqoina and the facts alleged are true to the best of our know-
ledae and belief.
