ORDER OF SUM.MARY ADMINISTRATION
On the petition of ERNESTINE DAVIS SCHROEDER, LANI MARIE
SCNROEDER, and GEORGE M. SCHROEDER, JR., for Summary Administration
of the estat~ of GEORGE M. SCHROEDER, deceased, the court finding that
the decedent died on the 13th day of August, 1979; that all interested
persons have been served proper notice of this hearing, or have
waived notice thereof; that the material allegations of the petition
are true; and that an Order of Summary Administration should be
entered, it is
ADJUDGED that the will bearing date August 7, 1976, and
attested by Linda Garnaat and Alan L. r,arnaat, as subscribing and
att,~sting witnesses is admitted to probate according to law, as and
for the last will of the decedent.
ADJUDGED FURTHER, that there be immediate distribution of the
assets of the decedent as follows: To ERNESTINE DAVIS SCHROEDER,
3773 Winthrop Drive, Dayton, Ohio 45431, the following described
real property located in St. Lucie County, Florida:
Lot 16, Block 118, Port St. Lucie Section 27, a Subdivision
according to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 14,
page 5 of the Pi~blic Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
ADJUDGED FURTHER, that those to whom specified parts of the
decedent's estate are assigned by this order shall be entitled to
receive and collect the same, and to maintain actions to enforce
the right.

property of the decedent, and those with whom securities or other
