5. CHESTER B. GRIFFIN, whose address is set forth
above is qualified under tbe laws of Florida to serve as
personal representative of the decedent's estate and is en-
titled to preference in appointment as personal representative
because he is the named perso~al representative under CLAUSE
III of decedent's last will.
6. The nature and approximate value of the assets in
this estate are cash and personal property~having a value of
less than $60,000.00.
7. Petitioner is unaware of any unrevoked Will or
Codicil other than as set forth in Paragraph 8.
8. The oriqinal of decedent's Last Will dated the llth
day of March, 1980, accompanies this petition.
9. Petitioner acknowledges that he is qualified to
act as personal representative under the laws of the State of
Florida; that he will faithfully administer the estate of
said decedent according to law, and that he hereby designates
J. STEPHEN TIER~EY, III, a resident of St. Lucie County,
Florida, whose residence address is 2706 South 28th Street,
Fort Pierce, Florida, as his agent or attorney for service of
process in any suit or action against him in his representative
capacity, or personally if such action accrued in the administra-
tion of this estate.
Petitioner requests that the decedent's last will be
admitted to probate and that he be~appointed personal represen-
tative of the estate of the decedent.
UNDER PENALTIES OF PERJURY, I DECLARE THAT I HAVE READ
THE FOREGOING AND THE FACTS ALLEGED ARE TRUE, TO THE BEST OF
MY KNOWLEDGE AND BELIEF.
