LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT

I, VICTOR L. PICHARD, of St. Lucie County, Florida,
S° do hereby make, publish and declare this to be my Last Will
and Testament and hereby revoke any and all other Wills and
Codicils heretofore made by me.
CLAUSE I: I direct my Personal Representative to
pay, out of my residuary estate, all of my just debts, in-
cluding the expenses of my last illness and funeral expenses.
CLAUSE II: I give and devise all of the rest,
residue and remainder of my property, real and personal,
wherever situate and whether acquired before or after .the
execution of this Will to my brother, AGBERT PICHARD, and my
nephews, JOHN PICHARD, RICHARD PICHARD and RODGER_PICHARD,
share and share alike, per capita.
~ CLAUSE III: I nominate and appoint CHESTER B.
GRIFFIN, Fort Pierce, Florida, as PersonaY Representative of
this Will, to serve without bond.
My Personal Representative shall have all of the
rights, powers, duties and responsibilities granted to Per-
sonal Representatives under Chapters 733.612, 737.402 and
738, Florida Statutes.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and
seal, this llth day of March, 1980.
