and Christmas patterns to my daughters, EDITH S. WITT and LILY J.
JACRSON, absolutely, share and share alike.
SBVENTH: All of the rest, residue and remainder of my estate,
whether real, personal, or mixed, I give, devise and bequeath to
my daughters, EDITH S. WITT and LILY J. JACKSON, in equal shares,
share and share alike.
EIGHTH: I hereby nominate, constitute and~appoint my daugh-
ters, EDITH S. WITT and LILY J. JACKSON, Executrices of this my
, ~ -
Last Will and Testament, excusing them from giving any bond. I
expressly confer upon said Executrices full authority and power
to sell or convey any part or all of said estate at public or
private sale, with or without notice, as they may deem best and
without any order of Court. I authorize said Executrices to make
good and sufficient Conveyances to any purchaser and to hold th}e
proceeds of any sale to the same uses as hereinbefore declared in
the several items of this, my Will. I further hereby expressly .
confer upon said Executrices the authority and power to borrow
money for the use of my estate in any instance where they may
think it ne~essary and proper, and to secure in mortgage or any
other form of security this or- any part of my estate; this they
may-do without the order of any Court.
In the event either of my said daughters should predecease
me, then the survivor of them shall serve as the sole Executrix
of this my Last Will and Testament and shall have the same powers
and authority as hereinabove stated for the Executrices named in
the paragraph immediateiy preceeding this one.
IN WITAIESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and seal to
