RE: Lots 1 through 12, Block 1, of ELMER ROBB'S unrecorded plat of
TOTTEN'S SUBDI~YSION of the SW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 17,
Township 35 South, Range 40 East, more particularly described
as follows:
From the SW corner of Section 17, Township 35 South, Range 40
East, run North along the West line of said Section 17, a distance
of 49.5 feet, thence run East parallel with the South line of
said Section 17, a distance of 25 feet to the point of beginning;
thence continue East a distance of 276.9 feet; thence to the
North with a back angle of 87 deg. 54 min. a distance of 389.2
feet to the South side of State Road #8 (now State Road #70);
thence run Southwesterly along the South right of way line of
State Road #70 (formerly State Road #8), to a point 25 feet
East of the West line of said Section 17, thence run South 208.9
feet, more or less, to the Point of Beginning.
AFFIDAVIT
STATE OF FLORIDA
COUNTY OF ST. LOCIE
On this day before me, the undersigned authority, personally
appeared ANNA KRAMER who, after being by me first duly sworn, did
depose and say:
1. That she has personal knowledge of all facts stated herein
and resides at 2215 South 40th Street, Fort Pierce, Florida.
2. That she is the unremarried surviving spouse of JULIUS
KRAMER wha died on or about June 23, 1967.
3. That she and the said JULIUS KRAMER were married on or
about ~pril l, 193f~ and that said marital relationship was con-
tinuous and without interruption until the death of the said JULIUS
KRAMER.
4. That no children were born of the marriage between Affiant
and the said JULIUS KRAMER nor did Affiant or the said JULIUS KRAMER
adopt any children during such marriage.
5. Neither Affiant nor said Julius Kramer had any natural or
adopted children at the time of their marriage; and further Affiant
sayeth not.
