NITNESSETH: That the G rantor, for and in consideration of the sinn of TEN

by Grantee, the receipt Whereof is hereby acknoWledged, has granted, bar~ained
and sold to said Grantee, its heirs and assigns forever~ the folloWing deserib-

Condominium Parcel No. 4294, of SEASCAPE I, a Condominium, according to the
Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 338,
at page 1033,_and any amendments thereto, of the Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida.
This conveyance is sub~ect to and by accepting this Deed, Grantee hereby agrees
to assume the follorring:
1. Taxes for the current and subsequent years.

The Grantee hereby assumes the obligations of a member of said Property Oxner's
