This cause came on to be heard upon the Wife's Motion to
Dismiss the above entitled cause for failure of the Husband to
comply with the Uniform Child Custody Jurisdiction Act and the
Husband, prior to the date of hearing, having complied with such
Act and the Court having heard argument of counsel for the res-
pective parties and being fully advised in the premises, it is
thereuoon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. The Wife's Motion to Dismiss be and the same is
hereby denied. -
~ 2. The Wife shall have fif teen days from the date of
this Order to file her answer or other defensive pleadings.
