1981, upon the Motion of Third Party Defendant, BANKERS 6 SHIPPERS
INSURANCE CO., for leave to serve a first amendment to the Third Party
Answer, and having heard discussion of counsei, having reviewed the
record and being otherwise advised in the premises, it is accordingly,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Third Party Defendant's Motion to
Serve First Amendment to Third Party Answer is granted and Third Party
Defendant's Third Party~Answer is hereby deemed amended and Third Party
Plaintiff shall have twenty(20) days hereinafter within_which to serve
a reply should Third Party Plaintiff cho e to do so.
