MODIFICATION OF MORTGAGE AND NOTE AS TO TERMS OF PAYl1~tENT
Whereas, on the 5th day of August, 19??, ROBERT G. PERDEW and
RUTH M. PERDE~I, his wife, made and executed a certain mortgage to
ARTHUR A. RODG~RS and VIOLA K. RODGERS, his wife, and the same was
thereafter filed and recorded under Clerk's File No. 374712 in Official
Record Book 272~ page 954-957, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
covering the following described lands in St. Lucie County, Florida, to-wit:
GAItDEN CITI' FARMS, 05-35-~0, from intersection of
North line of Tract 145 and West right-of-way af
Angle Road run southeasterly along west right-of-
way 472.4 feet for Point of Beginning, then south-
easterly along west right-of-way 100 feet, then with
an interior angle of ninety degrees, run southeasterly
92 feet, then northwesterly parallel with Angle Road
100 feet, then northeasterly 92 feet to Point of
Beginning, being part of tract 120.
Said mortgage being given to secure one (1) note of even date
therewith in the sum of $6,400.00, payable in monthly installments of
$109.89 per month, beginning August 15, 19??, and a like amount on the
15th day of each month thereafter, until the entire balance of $6,400;.00
is paid in full.

Whereas, the purchaser, HILDREA P. YARBOROUGH~ JR.~ is assuming
the mortgage payable to ARTHiIR A. RODGERS and VIOLA K, ftODGERS, his wife,
and the Mortgagees hereby request that the said terms of the payment of
the note and mortgage be modified to include interest at 13.5 96 per annum.
Now th.erefore, this agreement witnesseth, that for and in
consideration of the sum of Ten ($10.00) Dollars, this day paid by the
D!ortgagor, the receipt thereof being hereby acknowledged, the biortgagees,
ARTHUR A. RODGERS and VIOLA K. RODGERS, his wife, do hereby modify the

terms of the payment of the note and mortgage so that the present principal
balance in the amount of $3,006.44 shall be payable in monthly installments
of $118.63, w~hich includes interest at the rate of 13.5~ per annum, the
first of said payments to be made on the 15th day of February,'1981 and a
like sum of ~118.63 on the 15th day of each month thereafter, until said
note or any balance thereof shall be paid in full.
The undersigned HILDREA P. YARBOROUGH, JR., does assume said
mortgage and agree to this modification.
