A parcel of land varying in wfdth from 660 feet to 810 feet lying
Southeasterly of and adjacent to the Florida East Coast Railroad
(Fort Pierce Cut-Off) right of wa~•, the parcel beginning on the
North lines of Sections 21 and 22, Township 36 Sovth, Range 39
East, and running Southwesterly to the ~.Test line of Range 39 East,
lying in St. Lucie County, Florida, and befng more particularly
described as follaMS:
Beginning at the Southeasterly line of a 200-foot right of way for
the Florida East Coast Railroad and the rorth line of Section 21,
Township 36 South, Range 39 East, run North 89`1S'00" East along the
North line of said Section 21 and the North line of Section 22,
1154.96 feet, more or less, to a point tl,at lies 810 feet South-
easterly from, as measured perpendicular to, the Southeasterly line
of the Florida East Coast Railroad; thence run South 44°46'O1" ~Test
2333.45 feet, more or less, to a point that is 600 feet due West of
the East line of said Section 21, thence run North 0°OS'SO" West
212.64 feet, more or less, to a point that is 660 feet Southeasterly
from, as measured perpendicular to, the Southeasterly line of the
Florida East Coast Railroad; thence run South 44°46'O1" West parallel
with the Florida East Coast Railroad for a distance of 12,932.21 feet,
more or less, to the South line of Section 29, Tovnship 36 South,
Range 39 East; thence run North 89°40'25" East along the South line
of said Section 29, 35.41 feet, more or less, to a point that is 685
feet Southeaster2y from the Southeasterly line of the Florida East

Range 39 East, and the point of beginning of the parcel herein described.
