THI~ CAUSE, having come on before the Court upon
the Petition of ItO~3F:RT J. (~ORr~N, Aerscanal Representative, for an Order
Approving the Sale of Real Property, executed by all of the heirs,
beneficiaries, legatees and devisees of the above-referenced
Estate, and the Court being otherwise fully advised in the prem-
ises, it is hereby
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that this Court does approve and
authorize the sale of the following described real property, an
asset of this estate, located in Saint Lucie Co.anty, Florida,

said sale to LEON L. SCOTT and JUDY B. SCOTT, his wife, for a
total purchase price, for said real property for Fifty-seven
Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($57,500.00), upon the following
terms and conditions:

Cash deposit . . . . . . . . . . . . . .$ 1,800.00
Cash at closing . . . . . . . . . . . . . 8,200.00
Purchase money first mortgage for the
balance o~ $47,500.00, which will
bear interest at the rate~of $14.0$ per
annum. Payments will be made monthly
with the principal being amortized

installment being due February 1, 1981.
