hereby agree to be bound by the covenants and agreementa contained in Uniform Covenants numberod 1

rocorded in the office of the clerk of the circwt court of the county in which the Property is located and

referances to the Property. Bonower~ Lender and Note contained in the above described master form of
mortgage and incorporated by reference hereinto shall be construed to mean the Property~ Borcower~ Lender
and the Note defined herein. Borrower acknowledges receipt of a copy of the complete text of the provisions
h~eby incorpomted by reference into this Mortgage. .
ADDITIONAL NON-UNIFORM COVENANTS. Borrower and Lender further covenant and agree
as follows:
21. Future Advances. Upon request by Borrower, Lender~ at Lender's option within twenty years
fmm the date of this Mortgaqe~ may make Future Advances to Borrower. Such Future Advanoes, with
interest thereon, shaU be ~ecured by this Mortgage when evidenced by promissory notes stating that aaid
notes are secursd her8by. At no time shall the principal amount of the indebtednesa secured by this Mort-
gage. not including sums advanced in accordance herewith to protect the security of this Mortgage. exceed
the orqinal amount of the Note plus US $ NONE .
