FINAL DECREE OF DIVORCE

THIS CAUSE coming on to be heard upon the Complaint For
Divorce and Amended Complaint f iled by the plaintiff, MARY T.
AUNE, and the Answer and other pleadings filed by the defendant,
HBNRY G. AUNE, and the testimony presented to the Court, and the
Court having heard argument of counsel and being fully advised
in the premises, the Court f inds that this cause is properly
before this Court, and that the equities of the Complaint For
Divorce and Amended Complaint are in favor of the plaintiff, and
in consideration ttiereof,
IT IS ORDERED, ADJUDGED and DECREED that an absolute divorce,
a vinculo matrimonii, is hereby granted to the plaintiff from the
def_endant and that the marriage relation heretofore existing
between the plaintiff, MARY T. AUNE, and the defendant, HENRY G.
AUNE, is hereby forever dissolved;
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the Pro-

perty Settlement Agreement heretofore entered into by and between

fore filed in this cause, be, and the same is hereby made a Fart

the plaintiff and the defendant herein are each hereby ordered to

additional instruraent of conveyance of pro~erties mentioned in
said Sepa=ation 1lgreement.
