referred to as first party, and HENRY G. AUNE, hereinafter ref-

erred to as second party,

WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS the parties hereto are husband and wife, having been
lawfully married to each other on October 18, 1950, in Cornth,
Alcorn County, Mississippi, and
WHEREAS, certain disputes, differences and c~isagreements
now exist between the parties so that said parties have separated
and are no longer living together as husband and wife, and
WHEREAS first party has heretofore filed suit for divorce
against second party, and
WHEREAS the parties hereto own various re al and personal
proper ty in their singular names and in their joint names, and
WHEREAS the parties hereto desire to mutually and absolutely
settle, determine and adjust their respective rights in and to
their jointly and severally owned pr operty,
NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the mutual
covenants and promises herein contained and other good and val-
uable considerations, r eceipt of which is hereby mutually ack-
nowledged by the parties hereto, the f irst party and second party
de covenant, contract and agree each with the other as f ollows:

I. Second party shall convey all his right, title and int-
erest in and to the following described property to the f irst
party, the same to be hezs absolu.tely, free and clear of any
claims of any nature whatsoever of second party, to-wit:
