Beach and the County of Brevard on the property described in
Paragraphs A and B, aforesaid.
II. First party shall convey all her right, title and inter-
est in and to the following described property to the second
party, the same to be his absolutely, free and clear of any cla
of any nature whatsoever of first party, to-wit:

nants represents any and all claims-which she may now have

Florida corporation.
C. Lots 16, 17 and 19, Block 2, of Hancock`s Subdiv-
ision located in St. Lucie County, Florida.
D. Lot 4 except the road right-of-way, Block 20,
of Eau Gallie Shores, according to the plat thereof, record
in Plat Book 5, page 20, public records of Brevard County,
Flor ida.
E. Lots 25 and 26, Block 9, Eau Gallie Shores, accor

ing to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 5, pag e 20,
public records of Brevard County, Florida.
F. Lot 36, Block 5, Eau Gallie Shores, according to
the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 5, page 20, public
