TO: THE ABOVE NAMED DEFENDANTS AND ALL OTHERS
WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that a suite was instituted
by the above named Plaintiff against the above named defendants
on the ~G'~ day of February, 1981, in the above entitled
Court, involving the following described real property, situate,
lying and being in St. Lucie County, Florida:
Lot 6, Block 92, PORT ST. LUCIE, SECTION 27,
according to the plat thereof on file in Plat
Book 14, page 5, 5A through SI, public records
of St. Lucie County, Florida
The relief sought as to such property is to foreclose
that certain indenture of mortgage dated June 22, 1979, from
Frank DeThamas, Jr., a single adult, to First Federal Savings and
Loan A.ssociation of Fort Pierce, which said indenture of mortgage
is recorded in Official Records Book 313 at page 1666 of the
public re cords of St. Lucie County, Florida.
You will therefore govern yourselves accordingly.
