of Section 29 Township 35 South, Range 40 East lying
North of Ten Mile Creek, less and excepting therefrom
the North 185 feet and the West 442 feet, all being
in St. Lucie County, Florida.
TOGETHER WITH a 30-foot easement for ingress and egress
over and upon the South 30 feet of all of that portion
of the West 1/2 of the West 1/2 of the Southeast 1/4
of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 29, Township 35 South,
Range 40 East, lying West of the right-of-way for Hatcher
Street as shown on a plat of Florence M. Hatcher Subdivi-
sion as recorded in Plat Book 10, Page 7 of the Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, and a 20-foot ease-
ment for ingress and egress lying and being 10 feet on
each side of the following described centerline:
From the Southeast corner of the Southeast 1/4 of the
Southwest 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 29, Township
35 South, Range 40 East, St. Lucie County, Florida, run
West along the quarter section line ten (10) feet to the
point of beginning; thence run North parallel with the East
line of the aforesaid Southeast 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of
the Northwest 1/4 a distance of 94.49 feet; thence on an
angle of 147°36'S0" as measured from South to West run
Northwesterly a distance of 36.28 feet; thence on an angle
of 133°53' as measured to the right run Northwesterly 129.60
feet; thence on an angle of 151°09'40" as measured to the
right run Southwesterly 44.81 feet; thence on an angle of
12~°33'30" as measured to the right run Southwesterly 45.55
feet; thence on an angle of 161°41'S0" as measured to the
right run Southerly 101.96 feet to the South line of the
aforesaid Southeast 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of the Northwest
1/4 and thence southerly 185 feet along the East boundary of
the West 442 feet of the North 185 feet of the Northeast 1/4
of the Northwest I/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 29,
