TO ALL THE AROVE NAMED DEFENDANTS AND ALL OTHERS TO WHOM IT MAY
CONCERN:
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that a suit has been
instituted by the above named Plaintiffs, against the above named
Defendants, in the above specified Court on the lOth day of
February, 1981 involving the following described real property
situate in St. Lucie County. Florida and described as:
LOT 14, BLOCK 1582, PORT ST. LUCIE, SECTION
30, a Subdivision according to the Plat thereof
as recorded in Plat Book 14, Pages 10 and 10A
through 10I, of the Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida.
The retief sought by the said Plaintiffs as to
such property is the specific performance under the terms and
conditions of the Contract for Sale and Purchase dated on or
about October 21, 1980, and for certain other relief.
Please govern yourselves accordingly.
