1979, purportfng to be the will of Edward L. Kuhn, deceased, waa
thfs day prese~ted by Robert Arthus elount, one of the Executors
thereio named, and offered for probate.
It appearinq that Edward L. Kuhn resided at 12
Waltha~ Straet, in ths City of Hampton, within the jurisdiction
of this Court, aod that he disd April 30, 1980, and it further
appearinq that the said paper writi~q is self-proved pursuant to
Sec. 64.1-8y.1 of tha Code of Virginia, as amended~
~ Thereupon the said paper writinq dated June 13,
1979, is establisheci and•adjudged to be the last will and
testament ot Edward L. Kuhn. deceased, and is ordered to be
recorded as such.
^~hereupon, Richard E. Kuhn, one of the Executors

named in the will, having declfned to qu~-lify as sucb. Rabert
A~cthur Blount, the other Executor named therein, asked permission
to qualify as such, whereupon, such permiasion beinq qranted, he
appeared, made oath as the law directs, and entered into and
acknowledqed a bond as auch Executor in the penalty of Eight
thousand dollars (~8,000.00), payable and conditioned accordinq
to laa, but without security, the will requestinq that none be
required.
And certificate is granted Robert Arthur 3lount for
