THIS CAUSE came on for hearing before the undersigned
upon the Ex Parte Motion To Transfer To Circuit~Court f iled by
the Defendant/Counter-Claimant, WALKER'S CAY AIR TERMINAL, INC.
The~Court having considered the matter and noting that the
movant is in complaince with the deposit requirement of Rule
i.170(j), Florida Rules of Civil Procedure, and the Court being
otherwise duly advised in the premises it is, upon
consideration
ORDERED and ADJUDGED that said motion be and the same
is hereby GRANTED and the original papers and deposit shall be
transmitted to and filed with the Circuit Court and the action •
is hereby transferred to the jurisdiction of the Circuit Court
in and for St. Lucie County, Florida.
