referenoes to the Property~ Bormwer, Lender and Note contained in the above described maater form of
mortgage and incorporated'by reference hereinto ahall be consttued to mean the Prope~ty~ Botrower~ Lender
and the Note defined herein. Borrower acknowledges receipt of a copy of the complete text of the proviaiona
hareby incorporated by reference into this Mortgage. ~
ADDITIONAL NON-UNIFORM COVENANTS. BoYrower and Lender further covenant and agree
as follows:
21. Future Advances. Upon request by Borrower~ Lender, at Lender'a option v~thin twenty yeara
from the date of this Mortgage. may make Future Advances to Borrower. Such Future Advances, with
intenat thereon. ahall be eecured by thi~s Mortgage when evidenced by promisiory notes stating that said
notes are secured hereby. At no time shaU the principal amount of the indebtednesa aecured by this Moct-
gage. not including sums advanoed in accordance herewith to protect the ~ecurity of this Mortgage~ exceed
the oiginal amount of the Note plus US S NONE
