hereby releases the original Obligors) from further~g6liqation3 or liability
under the mortgage or note referred to above.
4. Except as specifically designatc~d herein. nothing here shall
constitute a chan~e or aaiendment to the aforen~entioned promissory note and
mortgage, the provisions of which are specifically reaffirmed by the new
obligor(s).
5. This Agreement is bindin~ unon the heirs, personai representa-
tives, successors and assi~ns of the parties.
6. The Owner(s) shall be bound to the Assotiation to the same ex-
tent and in the same manner as if the (~mer(s) were Mortgagor(s) under said
mortqaoe and the maker(s) of all promissory n~tes secured thereby.
7. The Association hereby ac~re~s that the credit of the Owner(s)
is satisfactory and that the above stated new interest rate payable on the
sums secured by said mortgaqe is also sat~isfactory, and the Association
hereby consents to the sale, transfer and/or conveyance of the mortgac~ed
property to the Owner(s). ~
