NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to an Amended Final Judgment in
Foreclosure dated the 5th of February, 1981, and entered in Civil
Action No. 80-607-CA in the Circuit Court of the Nineteenth
Judicial Circuit in and for St. Lucie County, Florida, wherein
THE WILLIAMSBURGH SAVINGS BANK, a New York corporation is Plaintiff
and ELMER E. LAUER and PAULETTE LAUER, his wife, are Defendants,
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at the East door of the
St. Lucie County Courthouse in Ft. Pierce;.Florida, at 12:00 A.M.
on the 6th day of March, 1981, the following described~property,
as set forth in said Amended Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lo~ 8, Block 238 of SOUTH PORT ST. LUCIE
UNIT 17, a Subdivision according to the Plat
thereof, recorded in Plat Book I9, Page 3,
of the Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida. ~
The said property as aforesaid,.together with all tenements,
hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging, or in anywise
appertaining are being sold to satisy the said Amended Judgment.
