consideration of the order entered January 28, 1981 which granted
Defendant's aotion to dis'iss Defendant Norton Eli 8arward as a
party defendant. Dpon due consideration, said aotion for ze-
consideration is granted and the order entered on January 28, 1981
is hereby amended to provide that the Defendant's sotion to dis'iss
Defendant Norton Eli Aarvard as a party defendant is hereby denied.
