TkIS CAUSE came on to be heard upon the Motion of the
Plaintiff, JEREMIAH COOPER, to compel answers to certain
interrogatories and to respond t his request to produce, and th+e
(~~~ counsel havi and the Court being otherwise
duly advised in the premises, IT IS ADJUDGED: ~
1. The motion of the Plaintiff be and the sar~e is hereby
granted and the Defendant, FLORIDA EAST COAST RAILP-OAD COMPANY, shall
serve their answers to those interrogatories served on or about
December 31. 1980, within twenty (20) days of the date of this Order.
2. That the Defendant, FLORIDA EAST COAST P.AZLROAD CUMPANY,
shall serve their response to the Request to Produce served on or
about Decenber 31, 198~, within twentv (20) davs of the date of
