FINAL JUDGMENT
THIS CAUSE came on for trial before the undersigned Judge
of the above-entitled Court uaon the issues and the record, a jury having
been expressly waived by the parties; and, the Court finding that it
has jurisdiction over the subject matter and of the narties; and having
reviewed and approved the Petition submitted by KATHLEEN C. VANOVER as
next friend of the minor Plaintiff, PATRICK WILLIAM VANOVER, and having
reviewed the.proposed Satisfaction of Final Judgment and Release and
having further heard the evidence and the discussion of counsel for the
respective parties, and be-ing fully advised in the nreMises, it is
thereupon, upon consideration thereof,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. The negotiations for the settlement of this cause have
been conducted by the parties hereto with the assistance and advice of
their~respective counsel of record with diligence and caution so as to
fairly compensate the minor Plaintiff and is therefore approved;
2. The Plaintiff, PATRICK WILLIAM VANOVER, a minor, suing
by his next Friend and natural guardian, KATHLEEN C. VANOVER, shall
have and recover of and from the Defendants, JOSEPH FRANK CORSO and
STATE FARM MUTUAL AUTOMOBILE INSURANCE COMPANY, the sum of $9,500.00;
3. The Plaintiff, KATHLEEN C. VANOVER, individually, shall
have and recover of and from the Defendants, JOSEPH FRAtIK CORSO and STATE
FARM MUTUAL AUTOM4BILE INSURANCE COI~ANY, the sum of $6,500.00;
