CERTIFICATE OF RESOLUTION OF JOINT VENTURE
We, the undersigned members of SEA TERN OF HUTCHINSON ~
ISLAND, a Joint Venture of ~lARTIN-BROWNE INVESTMENTS, INC., ;
a Florida corporation, and BROOK ENTERPRISES, INC., a Florida
corporation,
DO HEREBY CERTIFY that at a meeting of the Joint Venture
duly held on the ~ day of ~itka~~ A.D. , 1981,
both parties being present by their respective presidents, !
the following resolution was adopted and that said resolution

has been entered upon the records of the Joint Venture, and .i
in accordance with the Joint Venture agreement and is now in ~
full force and effect, to wit:
RESOLVED, that MARTIN-BROWN INVESTMENTS, INC., be and
is hereby authorized to act as the Managing Partner of the
Joint Venture, and pursuant to this resolution, be, and it ~
is hereby authorized to make, sign, endorse, execute,
acknowledge and deliver deeds of conveyanc~, contracts for
sale, escrow agreements and other loan and sales closing
dacuments, to the several units of the condominium and the =
condominium to be known as SEA TERN OF HUTCHINSON ISLAND, and ~

is further granted the authority to delegate said authority ~
by appropriate power of attorney to third parties on behalf ~

of the Joint Venture.

FURTHER RESOLVED, that MARTIN-BROWNE INVESTMENTS, INC.
be and hereby is authorized to sign the Declaration of Condo-

minium and associated documents of SEA TERN OF HQTCHINSON ISLAND,
a condominium, to be located on the hereinafter described real ~
property situated lying and being in St. Lucie County, Florida,
to wit:

Lots 5, 6, and ?, Block 16, REVISED MAP OF FORT PIERCE
BEACH-according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat
Book 8, Page 29, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida, being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the Southeast corner of said Lot 5, run N 18
degrees, 34 minutes, 19 secon6s ~: 271.05 feet to the South
line of the Fort Pierce Inlet ?~operty as described in Deed
Book 88, page 2T0, thence run S 83 degrees 05 minutes 06
seconds W along the South line of the Inlet Property 66.28
