the Northeasterly corner of the Binney Wallt thence run S 37
degrees 21 minutes 22 seconds W along the Northerly line of
the Binney Wall 220.37 feet to'the Westerly line of the
aforesaid Lot 7, Block 16; thence run S 28 degrees 03 minutes
39 seconds E 211.7 feet to the Southwest corner of said Lot
7; thence run in a Northeasterly direction along the arc of
a simple curve (having a radius of 1694.06 feet and a long
chord bearing of N 65 degrees 14 minutes O1 seconds E) a
distance of 218 feet to the Point of Beginning.
AND FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Joint Venture be, and it is
hereby anthorized and directed to publish a certificate of this
resolution on the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
and that the authority of MARTIN-BROWNE INVESTMENTS, INC. herein
set forth, shall remain in full force until notice of revocation
of such authority is duly recorded in the Public Records of St.
Lucie County, F~lorida.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution is fully
in accord with and pursuant to the by-laws of said corporation.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have subsc=ibed our name and affixed
