Z0. Aadpse~t ot Re~ Appolatmeat of Receiver. As additional security hereunder. Borrower hereby assigns to
Lende~ ihe rents ot the Property. p~+ovided that Bomower shall. p~ior to acceleration under paragraph 18 hereof or abandoa-
ment of the P~operty, have the right to rnllect snd retain such rcnts as t6ey become due and payabk.
Upon acceleratior~ u~der paragraph 18 hertof or abandonment o,f the Property. Lender shall be entitlod to have a
rcceiver appointed b~r a court to enter upon. take possession of and manage the Property and to collect the n~ts of the
Property. including those put due. All rents collectod by the rcceiver shall be applied first to payment of the coats of
management o[ the Property and collection of reots. including~ but not limited to. receiver's fees. premiums on receiver s
bo~ds and reasonabk attorney's faes. and the~ to the sums securod by this Mortgage. 71~e raeiver shall be liable to accou~t
only for those rents actually rcceived.
21. F~t~u~e Aa~ascea. Upon nquest by Borrower, l~nder. at Lender's option within twenty yeats from the date of this
Matgage. may make Future Advanoes to Bomower. Such Futun Advances. with interest thereon. shall be securod by this
Mwtg,age when evide~ced by promissory ~otes stating that said notes are securod hereby. At no time shall the principal
amouot of the indebtedaess secured by this Mortgage. not including sums advanoed in aooordance herewitb to pc+utect the
