after being first duly sworn, deposes and sa.ys: ~
1. That he is a reqistered land surveyor in the State •
of Florida~holding Certificate No. /2 7~ ~~ ~~ ~
2. That at the request of Sunblest Development, Inc., ~
a Florida corporation, he conducted a survey of certain lands ~
purchased by said Corporation from T. Willard Peterson and
Nirdza L. Peterson, his wife, and from Harlin R. Hemphill and
Jane E. Hemphill, his ~,rife, and Raymond G. Hemphill and Pearl
C. Hemphill, his wife. The descriptions to each of said parcels
purchased are contained in deeds from safd parties, copies of
which are attached as Exhibits "A" and "J3 °, r.espectively.
3. That the above-described parcels are,~in f.act, con-
tiquous parcels and the composite descrfption of the said tiwo
parcels is as shown on attached Exhibit "C".
4. That the real property described on Exhibit "C' is,
in fact, one and the~same as the composii~ of parcels described
in Exhibits "A" and "h° together.
