AUTOMOHILES. The Husband shall have as his separate property the 19?9 Ford Van and the Wife shall execute all instruments necessary to effectuate the transfer of said van to the Husband. The Wife shall have as her separate property the 19?? Cadillac and the Husband shall execute all instruments necessary to effectuate the transfer of said automobile to the Nife. In addition~ the Husband shall have as his separate property the 20' Grady ~Vhite boat and the Wife shall execute all instruments necessary to effectuate the transfer of said boat to the Husband. 5. CASH AND SECURITIES. The parties shall retain and hold the cash and securities which are in their individual names or individual accounts. 6. -DEBTS. The parties have no current debts and neith~r party shall incur any obligation in the future for which the other party shall become liable. If presently unknown debts exist, the party who incurred the debt is responsible for its payment and shall hold the other party harmless from any liability thereof. ?. FURNITURE AND PERSONAL PROPERTY. The Husbandshall be per- mitted to keep as his separate property all of the contents of the mobile home with the exception of the Wife's personal and sentimental items. 8. REAL ESTATE. The Husband acknowledges that the Wife owns several parcels of property. some improved with houses on them and some vacant lots. The Husband releases any and all claims that he may have to the various parcels of property that is in the name of the Wife. The Wife agrees that the Husband shall be permitted to reside in the mobile home which is located at a mobile home park in Hobe Sound, Florida for a period of six (6) months from the date of this Agreement or until~he shall find a new place to move, whichever occurs first.
