9. RETAKE MAIDEN NAME. The wire shall re-take her maiden
name, namely, HEL,PN ELIZABETH WALLACE.
10. AT'1'ORNEY'S FEES. Within sixty (60) days the M'ife shall
pay the Husband's attorney $400.00 sub3ect to the following:
A. The fee quoted above is for legal services for neg-
otiating and preparing this Agreement and for representation of the
Husband in an uncontested dissolution of marriage action which con-
cludes upon the entry of the final judgment.
B. Any additional legal services by the Husband's at-
torney shall be his responsibility unless it is necessary to bring
action to enforce this agreement, in which case the attorney's fees
will be determined in accordance with the Florida Law.
11. }:X~:CUTION OF FURTHER DOCUMENTS. Each of the parties
hereto hereby agrees upon the effective date of this Agreement, and
promptly upon demand of the other at any time thereafter, to make,
execute, acknowledge and deliver all such deeds, transfers, assign-
ments or further instruments, and will do, or will cause to be done,
all such acts and things as reasonably required by either of them to
effectuate the intentions of this Agreement, as to assure to each
of them and to their respective successors, transferees, and assigns,
all and singular,-the property described and referred to, or hereby
intended to be conveye , assigned, set~over, transferred, or to be-
long to each of them, and to confirm and assure title to the posses-
sion and right thereto according to the purpose and intent of this
Agreement as express~d.
12. ~NUTUAL RELEASE. Except as otherwise provided in this
Agreement, each party releases the other from all claims and demands
up to date of the execution of this Agreement. Except as otherwise
provided, each party waives, releases and relinquished all rights

that he vr she may have or may hereafter acquire as the other panty's
spouse under Lhe present or future laws of any jurisdiction:
A. To elect to take against any Will or Codicil of
the other party, now or hereafter enforced.
B. To share in the party's estate; and
C. To act as personal representative of the other
party's estate.
