13. DISSOLUTION OF INARRIAGE. Nothing contained in this
Agreement shall be construed to prevent either party from continuing
the Dissolution of l~arriage Action now pending in the Circuit Court,
in and for Palm Beach County, Florida or in the event of action, from
` institution any other such action for the divorce or dissolution of
marriage in any competent jurisdiction against the other party, for
any reason subject to the following:
A. This agreement may be offered in evidence by
either party in any dissolution action and if acceptable to the
Court, shall be incorporated by reference with the Judgment, however,
this Agreement shall not be merged in, but shall survive the Judg-
ment and shall be binding on the parties for all time.
14. REPRESENTATION. The parties represent each other:
A, Each party represents that he or she has not con-
tracted, and eac~ party hereby agrees that he or she will not contract,
any debt, charge or liability in the name or upo~ the credit of the
other, or for which the other, or the estate of the other, might be-
come, or could become liable, and each party agrees in any event to

indemnify and hold the other and the estate of the other harmless
therefrom.
B. Each party has made a full disclosure to the other
of his or her current financial condition.
C. The Husband has had the opportunity to receive the
individual advice and counsel in the preparation and execution of this
Agreement, of Ronald L. Pritts, Esquire, Attorney at Law, Suite F,
300 Prosperity Farms Road, North Palm Beach, Florida, 33408, and
affirms that he is satisfied with the terms and conditions thereof, -
and that he fully understands the Agreement and the obligations as-
sumed hereunder.
D. The Wife has had the opportunity to receive the
individual advice and counsel in the preparation and execution of
this Agreement, of Michael A. Nugent, Esquire, 507 North Olive
Avenue, i~est Palm Beach, Florida 33402, and affirms that she is sat-
isfied with the terms and conditions thereof, and that she fully un-
derstands the Agreement and the obligations assumed hereunder. >•
E. Each understands and agrees that this Agreement
constitutes the entire contract of the parties, and supercedes any
