the subject matter of this action.
2. That the marriage between Petitioner, HELEN ELIZABETH
BERISH, and Respondent, NICHOLAS P. BERISH, is dissolved because
the marriage is irretrievably broken.
3. That the Separation and Property Settlement Agreement
between the parties dated June 24, 1980, introduced in evidence and
marked Petitioner's Exhibit l, was executed voluntarily after full
disclosure, is for the best interest of the parties and is approved
and incorporated in this judgment by reference and the parties are
ordered to comply with it.
4. That the Petitioner's maiden name of Wallace be
restored to her.
DONE AND ORDERED at West Palm Beach, Palm Beach County,
