(1) All of Meadow Brook' s interest in 1 iveatock,
includ ing but not 1 iwi ted to, a t~ro thousand ( 2, 000 ) head
herd of dairy cows presently situated at Meadowbrook Dair-
ies, Glades Cut-Off Road, Fort Pierce, Florida, a~ well as
the progeay thereof and all future acquisitionss
(2) All'!leadow Hrook's interest in two hundred and
fifty (250) additfonal head of dairy cows to be purchased
with the proceeds of the loan from Verde Capital Corpora~
tion, including progeny and future acquisitionas
(3) The ~ailk base produced by the foregoing livestock,
described in paragraphs (1) and (2), above, as well as other
contractual marketing/Sale arr~ngements for all mflk now
or hereafter produced by the foregoing livestock, including
but not limited to, all co~tractual rights with dairies,
now existing or hereafter acqufredf
( 4) All of Meadow Brook' s dairy cattle inventory
books and all other booka and records pertaining to the
.dairy herd, together with all other financial books and
recorda respecting the operation of the dairy herd, in-
cludfng lfsts of earmarks or brands;
(5) The lease for [~eadowbrook Dairies Ranch, Glades
Cut-Off Road, Fort Pierce, Florida.
