(c) Notices and other communications shall be in writing and (i~ if given to Meadow Brook shall be delivered or mailed to it at 10621 North 1Cendall Drive, Suite 214, !liami, Florida 33175; and (ii) if given to VerBe, shall be delivered or mailed to it at 6701 Sunset Drive, Suite 104, South Miami, Florida 33143. All mail shall be sent by certified or registered mail, return receipt requested. Each party may change its address for notices by notice to the other party in the above manner. (d) This agreement shall bind and inure to the benefit of each party's succe`ssors. In particular, Meadow Brook's obligatfons hereunder shall be deemed to be cove- ~ nants running with the land with reference to any real property acquired by Meadow Brook during the option period, and, ahall bind all purchasers, assignees, mortgagees, tenants and other persons who shall acquire interests in any such real property.
