fifty (250) additional head of dairy coMS to be purchased
Mith the proceeds of the loa~ froa Verde Capital Corpora-
tion, including progeny. ancl future acquisitions=
(3) The ailk base produced by the foregoing livestock,
descrfbed in paragraphs (1)~ and (2), above, as ~rell as other
contractual ~sarketing/Sale arrangements for all ~ailk ~ow
or hereafter produced by the foregofng liveatock, includ ing '
but not li~ited to, all contractual righta vith dairies,
now existing or hereafter acquired=
( 4) All of Neadow Brook's dairy cattle inventory
books and all other books and records pertaining to the
dairy herd, together Nith all other financial books and
records reapecting the operation of the dairy herd, in-
cluding lists of earm~+rks or brandss .
(5) The lease for l~eadowbrook Dairies Rnnch, Glades
Cut-Off Road, Fort Pierce, Florida.
