Upon acceleration under paragraph 18 hercof or abandonment of the Property, Lender shall be entitled to have a
rcceiver appointed by a coqrt to enter upon, take possession oi and manage the Property and to collect the rents of the
Propeny. including those past due. All rcnts collected by the rcceiver shall be applied fint to payment of the costs of
management of the Property and collection of renta, including, but not limited to. receiver's fees. premiums on receiver s
twnds and reasonable attor~ey's fces, and then to the sums secured by this Mortgage. 71ie receiver shal) be liable to account
only for thosc rents actually received.
21. Future Advances. Upc-~ request by Borrowcr, Lender. at l.ender's optian within tweoty years from the date of this
Mortgage. may make Future Advances to Borrower. Such Future Advances, with interest thercon. shall be secured by this
Mortgage when evidenced by promissory notes stating that said notes are secured hereby. At ~o time shall the pri~cipal
amount of the indebtednecs secured by this Mortgage, not including sums advanced in aocordance hercwith to protect the
xcurity of this Mortgage. exceed the original amount of the Note plus USS... ..8,2SQ.00... .. .
22. Rekase. Upon payment of all sums secured by this Mortgage. Leoder shall release this Mortgage without charge
to Borrower. Borrower shall pay all costs of re~;ordation, if any.
23. Attorney's Fees. As uxd in this Mortgage and i~ the Note. "attorney's fea" shall include attorney's fees. if any.
