Only those witnesses listed on the pre-trial conference and the names
filed with~the Clerk will be permitted to testify, except the parties
themselves. Either party may call any witness listed by any other
party listed.
(6) PEREMPTORY CHALLENGES. There shall be six peremptory per side.

seperate sheet, together with a verdict form, shall be submitted to
