THIS CAUSE coming on to be heard upon Defendant,
JACK DEVLIEGER'S Motion for a More Definite Statement and
this Court having heard the argimaent of counsel and being
fully appraised of the premises:
'IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that:
1. The Motion for More Definite Statement is
granted and the~Plaintiff is ordered to state in paragraphs
14, 15 and 16 the time and place of the alleged action by
Defendant, JACK DEVLIEGER.
2. The Plaintiff shall file the Amended Count
II within ten (10) days from the date of this Order and the
Defendant, JACK DEVLIEGER shall file a responsive pleading
to said Au~nded Complaint within ten (10) days of service of
said Complaint.
