due and owing on the 15th day of February, 1981 and on the
15th day of each month thereafter until fully paid, and by
the payment of the increase in the amount of child support
in the amount of $20.00 per week beginning the week of
February 1, 1981 and each week thereafter, and further by
the payment of the arrearage of the child support payments
from the date of the final judgment through February 1, 1981.
It is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the arrearages shall be determined
by consultation between counsel for both parties and said amount
shall be due and payable within thirty (30) days from the date
of this Order. It is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the ex-husband shall pay to the
ex-wife's attorney the sum of $200.00 as attorney's fees incurred
in bringing this action; said money shall be paid within thirty
(30) days from the date of this Order.
