1. That a Petition Fbr ~o~rt was filed in this Oo~u~t in April, 1980,
by the Stat~e af FLari.da, Departanent of Health & l~ehabilitative Servioes o~ behalf
of GAIL BUD?A[~SI(Y, a recipient of public assistanoe wYn had sub~rogated her rights
to s~part tA the State of Florida, a aq~ry of said Assigianent beiryg attached heret~o
and made a part hereof.
2. That subsec~ient to the filinq of said P~etiti~on an Ord~r Fbr S'~port
was entered.in Sup~rior Oourt, Judicial District of New Haven, New Hav~en, Cocu~ecticut,
dated July 7, 1980, requiring Aespondent tA pay the s~an of $5.00 w~eekly into the
Bureau of S~ort, New Haven, Oannecticut, beginnir~g July 14, 1980, for the support

3. That the Clerk of Circvit Oourt of the 19th Judicial Circ,~uit, in and
for St. Lucie Camty, Flarida, has since the entry of aforesaid Order disbursec~
all supp~rt nnr~..y reoeived directly to GAII. ~IDZQJ~cY, rather tt~n disbursing said
money to the State of Florida sinoe GAII~ BCID7,ONSKY is still a reci.pient of public
assistanoe.
