ORDER
This cause came on for hearing on matters of temporary relief
and the parties appearing with oounsel had agreed upon the provisions
of this Order and the Court being fully advised thereupon, it is hereby
CONSIDERED, OROERED AND ADJUD6ED:
l. That custoc~y of the minor children of the parties, JASON ~
LEE STONE and CAMILLE MICHELLE STON~, is awarded to the mother, CHRISTINA
LYNN STONE, with visitation to the father, THOMAS G. STONE, on a weekly
basis from 6:00 P.M. Friday until 6:00 P.M, Sunday, with mid-week
visitation two other days by appointment,.
2. That the father shall pay temporary support for the minor
children in the amount of ~25.00 per week per child conmencing February 13,
1981.
3. Each support payment shall be made to the Clerk of this
Court and by him remitted promptly to CHRISTINA LYNN STONE. In addition
there ~s hereby assessed the sum of 52.00 as statutory costs to be added to
each payment made to the Clerk. All pa~yments shall be made in cash,
money order or cashier's check. Both of the parties are ordered to
keep the Clerk of this Court advised o,f their mailing and residence
addresses at all times while this order is in effect. ~
4. Attorneys' fees for the temporary hearing shall be deferred
until the final hearing of the cause.
