13. /1UTOMOBILES. To execute and deliver to the proper persons ar~d autho~ity any and all docurt-e~ts. i~-
struments, and pape~s necessa~y to effect proper registratlon of any automobtle in which I am or may have an
interest, or the sale thereof and~tra~sfer of legal title thereto as required by Iaw, and to collect ar~d receipt
for all monies paid in consideration ot such sale and t~anster.

to procure or return any and all U. S. Covernment property used in or for such quarters, a~d to exetute all
necessary documents, instruments, and papers therewith.
15. ADDITIONAL POWERS OR DELETIONS.
FURTHER, I do authorize my aforesaid attorney to perform all necessary acts in the execution ot
the aforesaid authorizatton and gene~ally to do any and all acts on my behalf in any other matte~ or thing per
taining or belonging to me with the same validity as 1 could effect if personally present.
AND I HEREBY DECLARE that any act or thing lawfully done hereunde~ by my said attorney shall
be binding on myseif and my heirs, legal and perso~at representatives, and assigns.
PROVIDED, however, that all business transacted hereunder for me or for my account shall be
transacted in my name. and ihat all indorsements and instruments executed by my said attorney tor the pur-
pose of carrying out the foregoing powers shall contain my name, followed by that of myr said attomey and the
designation •attorney-in-fact.
FURTHER, this power of attorney shall remain in full torce and etfect until the occurrence of the
first of the following circumstances. (1) my death; (2) the death of my said attorney; (3) until the revoca-
tion of thts power ot attorney by me, or (4) until December 1981 .
NOTWITNSTANDING my insertion of a specified expiration date of this power of attorney, IF on
that specified expiration date, or if at any time within the thirty (30) days immediatety preceding that speci-
fied expiration date, 1 should be or have been carried in a military status of •missing• or •missing in action'
or •priwner of war' THEN, this power of attorney shall automaticaliy contlnue to remain valid and in full
efiect unlil sixty (60) days aiter my return to the continentai United States or reassignment following termina-
tion of such 'missing in action• or •prisoner of war• status.
