I, JESSE I. BAGGETT of Indian River CountX,,~ate of ~
Florida, do hereby make, publish and declare this to be my
Last Will and Testament, and hereby revoke any and all other
Wills and Codicils heretofore made by me.
ARTICLE I
I direct my Personal Representative to pay out of my
estate all of my lega~l debts, including the expenses of my
last illness, and funeral expenses.
ARTICLE II
My Personal Repr~esentative.is authorized and directed
to pay out of my residuary estate all inheritance, legacy or
estate taxes on my estate, or on the devolution of any
portion thereof, or levied by reason of my death, whether or ~
not the property, transfer or proceeds with respect to which
said taxes are levied is a part of my probate estate at my
death, and my Personal Representative shall not require any
transferee or other person to reimburse my estate for said
taxes so paid, nor deduct the same from the share of any
beneficiary.
ARTICLE III
I give, devise and bequeath all of the rest, residue
and remainder of my property, whetiher real, personal ort
mixed, of whatsoever kind and'wheresoever situated, of which
I may die seized and possessed, including any property over
which I may have a power of appointment, and also including
the proceeds of any life insurance policies, the proceeds of
which are payable to my estate, to the following persons,
to-wit:
