MacARTHUR, a resident of St. Lucie County, Florida, being of sound and disposinq mind and hereby intending to dispose of all property belonging to me at my death or thereafter acquired, whether real, personal or mixed, and wheresoever situated, do make, publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking any and all prior Wills or Codicils made by me, if any there may be. FIRST: I hereby appoint my brother_in-law, TEICM~S MAUi~ , Personal Representative of this instrument. I direct that said Personal Representative shall not be required to furnish bond or other undertaking for the faithful performance of the duties of such office. In the event my said brother-in-law,THOMA3 MAULE, shall predecease me, or in the event he survives me, then if he shall thereafter die, become disabled,.disqualified, . discharged, unwilling or otherwise incapable to act as P~ersonal Representative during the period of administration,.I appoint BEVERLY BARRETT, as Alternate Personal Representative, and I direct that said Alternate Personal Representative shall not be required to furnish bond or other undertaking for the faithful performance of the duties of such office.
