tative is authorized and empowered to allot, ass~gn, care for,
collect, contract with respect to, convey, convert, deal with,
dispose of, enter into, exchanqe, hold, improve, insure, invest,
lease, manage, mortgage, grant and exercise options with respect
to, take possession of, pledge, protect, receive, release,
repair, sell, sue for, and in general, to do any and every act
and thing with respect to my estate or any part~thereof,
specifically includinq real property, as the Personal Repre-
sentative would have the right to do if he were the individual
owner thereof.
THIRD: I direct my Personal Representative to
pay and discharge all of my just debts, funeral expenses,
expenses of administering my estate and all inheritance,
estate and legacy taxes imposed on account of my death.

~~ FOURTH: I give, devise and bequeath all of the
~; rest, residue and remainder of my property belonging to me at

~ my death or thereafter acquired, whether real, personal o~
mixed, and wheresoever situated, to my niece, BEVERLY BARRETT.
FIFTH: In the event that BEVERLY BARRETT shall
predecease me, and shall leave children living at my death or
children in gestation who shall thereafter be born alive, then
'; said children shall receive the same share that BEVERLX BARRETT

~ SIXTH: If none of the above mentioned specifically
named beneficiaries in paragraphs FOURTH and FIFTH shall take
my estate thereunder, then all of my property described in
