1. Petitioners have 'an interest in the above estate as the
surviving spouse (and nominated personal representative) and daughter
of the deceased. Their names and addresses are set forth in paragraph
3 and the name and address of their attorney are as set forth at
the end of this Petition.
2. Decedent, WILLIAM HENRY FAIRFULL, whose last known address
was Ridgecrest Mobile Home Park, 2251 North Federal Highway, Fort
Pierce, Fl~orida 33450, died on January 10, 1980, at Fort Pierce,
Florida, and at the time of death, decedent was domiciled in
St. Lucie County, State of Florida.
3. So far as is known, the names of the be~eficiaries of
this estate and the decedent's surviving spouse, if any, their
addresses~and relationships to decedent and the ages of any who are
minors are:
